Our Goals:

• To provide high volume, low-cost spay and neuter for Washington County (before the numbers get more out of hand).
  
  
• To build and operate a state of the art, sustainable, No-kill Shelter/Adoption and education center (for the animals of Washington county).
  
• To encourage and inspire better care of our animals through education in humane methodology and outreach programs.
  
  
• To provide proactive programs and ideas to help people keep their pets.
  
  
• To encourage and facilitate networking among groups within Washington County, the state of Utah and the country through access and use of a website and newsletter.
